Description
Saint James parishioners Rich and Shelly Collins are excited to host a summer 2026
farm dinner for ten guests. Their farm, protected by a agricultural conservation
easement, is located between Davis and Dixon along I-80. The Collins have lived there
since 2008 and farm a portion of the property, leasing the balance to local growers.
They also have a large fruit and vegetable garden which will provide much of the meal’s
ingredients. The date of this event is flexible though the preferred timing is in the
June/July period and needs to take place no later than September 30th .\
